You will receive a number of propositions from which you can select your preferred contact. Money is unblocked on the validation that the order has been received.

HOW DOES THE MODELLING PROCESS WORK?
With the difference of a printing project, you can publish free of charge your modeling request. We will put you in contact with numerous Freelabsters and you can select which one you would like to use. Payment for the object is made once you have chosen your Freelabster.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A FREELABSTER?
Once the order has been paid for and the project has been published, the freelabsters interested will bid to do it. It is up to you to select a Freelabster. You can see the pricing they propose as well as their certification (silver, platinum or gold) as well as any comments by precedent clients.
HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED?
We promise to reimburse if the Freelabster is unable to satisfy your order

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PROBLEM OCCURS?
We will open a complaints file. If it is the Freelabster's fault, we will offer you the re-print free of charge.
